Empanadas in the Times today
As you know, I’ve wanted to try making homemade empanadas since my Argentina trip. Although this story in today’s Times is about Chilean empanadas, it includes a few recipes, for empanada dough, meat empanadas and cheese and mushroom empanadas. I also found two recipes on Smitten Kitchen, for chicken and beef empanadas. Looks like I have an upcoming empanada project once school ends!
