It’s bahn mi week in New York
Those yummy Vietnamese sandwiches were featured both in the Times and New York Magazine this week. New York Mag only made a passing reference to my favorite, Hanco’s, mentioning that it recently opened a new shop it Park Slope. I once had the Catfish num pang, the Cambodian version of the bahn mi, at Kampuchea, so I’d be interested to try its offshoot, aptly named Num Pang.
