And easy to boot. I just need to figure out where to find Thai bird chile. Yikes. This website gives the Thai bird the dreaded five-chile “extremely hot” rating.

A couple of things:

‘round here they’re called ‘bird’s eye’ chilis, which may help you find them quicker

they’re not *that* hot, especially because they’re quite small, so I wouldn’t worry
